In business we work by our mission every day and our vision is what we work towards.
During COVID, we undertook a team building workshop called “Team Alignment” hosted by MI Academy. One of the first exercises was to note what first came to mind in our interpretation of a “mission” and “vision”.
We left the sticky notes from the workshop on the wall near our kitchen. They have never been taken down and serve as a beautiful reminder of collective thoughts at a precarious point in time.
One vision note stands out: “By 2025 HG will be world leading brand in non-invasive healthcare.”
… We are now in 2025 and every day we continue to strive towards this.
The sticky notes serve to remind that everyone has a unique vision. Some of them are grand, but not impossible. Envision greatness without boundaries, where the sky marks the start of infinite possibilities. Pursue your vision with unwavering brilliance, and let every step forward bring your dreams to life!
